Acclaimed actress Justine Waddell (“Target,” 2011, “The Fall”, 2007) is an award-winning producer, writer and actor and founder of London based Asterisk Films.

In 2021 Justine produced Falling for Stradivari, the Golden-Prague winning documentary of Janine Jansen and her journey to make a recording on twelve of the world’s most valuable Stradivari violins. She has also produced documentary feature Force of Nature Natalia about super-star ballerina Natalia Osipovaa.

Born in South Africa and raised in Scotland, Justine began acting as an undergraduate at Cambridge University. Her first major role was opposite Ralph Fiennes in Ivanov at The Almeida.

Justine is also the founder of Klassiki, the world’s first VOD platform dedicated to contemporary and classic cinema from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
